Leila and Greg barely knew each other before getting together to do this thing.

Greg Stekelman is the man behind the internet's themanwhofellasleep website, which has been clogging up the web since about 2001. It's been quite popular in its day, particularly the tube gossip page, which is now used weekly by Time Out London magazine.

In 2006 he published his first novel, A Year in the Life of Themanwhofellasleep, to mild critical acclaim. The publishers have since gone into liquidation. But he isn't bitter. You can pick up a copy of his book through his website. And you can read the first 70 pages by clicking here.

Greg lives in north London with his girlfriend. He has no pets. He's quite short and when he talks, it sounds like he's gurgling with phlegm, which isn't ideal for a podcast.

Leila Johnston is the author of How To Worry Friends and Inconvenience People, a very silly joke book nevertheless admired by people from The Times, The Independent, Time Out, Dominik Diamond from TV's Gamesmaster and that punk who conducted the orchestra on the first series of Faking It.

She also produces the monthly PDF magazine for people with something a bit wrong with them, All The Rage, edits blogs that no one reads, pitches books that will never be bought and writes radio pilots that will never be made. A podcast seemed like the natural next step in her global domination.

Leila also lives in north London and her interests include guinea pigs, magazines and British music from the post-punk era.
