Temp & Humidity
Temperature, humidity and dew point in one look
Page 37 talks to an SHT30 (I2C 0x44, powered from 3V3): temperature and humidity each get a large numeric line, dew point and a 30-sample trend bar sit alongside, and the health score at the bottom is the same one every peripheral page uses.
Every frame is CRC8-checked. An unchecked bad frame shows up as -45 °C / 123 %RH — which looks like a dead sensor but is just one corrupt read. Frames that fail the check are dropped and the display waits for the next one, so the numbers never jump.
On-screen interface
A recreation of this page on the 2.41-inch AMOLED display (600 × 450). Actual interaction and layout follow the latest firmware.
Key capabilities
Two big numbers
Temperature and humidity each on their own large line, readable from two metres.
CRC8 checking
Bad frames are dropped instead of being drawn as -45 °C / 123 %RH.
Dew point & trend
Dew point flags condensation risk; the trend bar shows the last half hour.
Health score
Reply, ID, plausibility and stability — four checks that tell you what is wrong.
Technical specs
Typical scenarios
Seedling tent
Check temperature and humidity against the seedling range, or let page 41 draw the conclusion.
Server room
Spot which side of the rack runs hot when intake and exhaust diverge.

- SHT30 only: AHT20 / DHT20 sit at 0x38 and collide with the FT6336 touch controller.
- Power it from 3V3; 5V damages the sensor and can take other devices on the bus with it.
- Do not pinch the sensing head — body heat adds 2–3 °C.
